I offer virtual groups for animal shelter staff and volunteers (usually separately) outside of work/volunteer hours. We gather to talk and share, do some breathing, and engage in grief support based on the needs of the group. By coming together in a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental space, we realize we are not alone.

Leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and better equipped with tools to care for yourself as you continue to care for the animals. Wellness practices are tailored for each shelter and for the participants who are present at each gathering.
